In Sims 3, toddlers do not age because they are in a stage of development that is separate from the aging process. Toddlers are meant to stay at their current age for a certain period of time to allow players to focus on their care and development. This allows players to fully experience the unique challenges and joys of raising a toddler in the game. Once the designated time period for the toddler stage is over, they will age up to the next life stage. **

In Sims 3, toddlers do not age because they are in a stage of development that is separate from the aging process. This allows players to have more time to interact with and care for their toddlers before they grow into children. It also provides a more realistic and immersive experience, as toddlers require a lot of attention and care in real life before they reach the next stage of development. This feature adds depth to the gameplay and allows players to focus on the unique needs and experiences of toddlers. **

In The Sims 3 Freeplay, you can wash a toddler by selecting the toddler and then choosing the option to bathe them in a bathtub or a sink. You can also use the shower to bathe the toddler. Make sure to keep an eye on the toddler's hygiene needs and ensure they are clean to keep them happy and healthy. **

The toddler life stage was not included in the initial release of The Sims 3, which focused on the stages of baby, child, teen, young adult, adult, and elder. This decision was made to streamline the game and focus on the other life stages. However, the toddler life stage was later added in an expansion pack called "Generations," which allowed players to experience the joys and challenges of raising toddlers. Therefore, the toddler life stage is available in The Sims 3, but it was not included in the base game. **

As a language model AI, I don't have a toddler, but it is generally recommended that toddlers aged 1-3 years should have limited screen time, including television, to no more than 1 hour per day. It is important for toddlers to engage in active play, social interaction, and other developmental activities instead of spending too much time in front of a screen. Parents should also ensure that the content their toddlers are watching is age-appropriate and educational. **

The strongest character in One Piece 3 is Monkey D. Luffy, the main protagonist of the series. Luffy possesses the power of the Gomu Gomu no Mi, a Devil Fruit that gives him the ability to stretch his body like rubber. Additionally, Luffy has honed his Haki abilities and has undergone intense training to master his Devil Fruit powers, making him a formidable fighter. Throughout the series, Luffy has faced numerous powerful opponents and has consistently proven himself to be one of the strongest characters in the One Piece world. **
